Undetectable = Untransmittable. When a person living with HIV is on effective treatment, it lowers the level of HIV in the blood. When levels of HIV are so low, this is referred to as being undetectable, or virally suppressed. And this means that you can’t pass HIV on!

In 2022 there were record testing levels among white gay and bisexual men and transmissions continued to decrease. This fantastic progress must be replicated for other groups including heterosexual men and women, as well as gay and bisexual men of other ethnicities.
