High school basketball isn’t about building a program for the next season. It’s about building character for the next generation.

An AD should have zero say so on team matters. Fundraise, make sure compliance is met, handle gameday operations then STFU. Hire a coach and get out of the way. Support where he needs it and defer to the HC.
