Please see the press release regarding a shooting that occurred, early this morning, in the city limits of Bonney Lake.

An electrical fire in the 9600 block of Angeline Road is causing all lanes of travel to be shut down on Angeline from the 9500 blk to the 9800 blk. EPF&R is already on scene for containment. There is currently an unknown time delay for the closure.

The roadway is back open for regular traffic.

We are aware that the light at the intersection of Locust Ave & VMD is malfunctioning. We are working with the Public Works Department to get the light functioning properly. Please treat the intersection as a four way stop and drive safely. Alternative routes are recommended

UPDATE: 8/17 12:38PM. The light at the intersection is still not working correctly. Please continue to treat the intersection as a 4-way stop until further notice.
