Late last year, @SantiagoVargasN and I had a number of exchanges reflecting on the Int'l Criminal Court OTP’s decision not to continue its annual Reports on Preliminary Examinations. In the midst of these exchanges, the OTP issued, in Dec 2022, its first (general) annual Report 1/2
