Mentees will network with and learn from polar professionals through quarterly workshops and panels. We'll cover themes like demystifying academia and well-being during a PhD/postdoc!

This initiative was designed based on feedback given in anonymous surveys on mentoring, as well as input from a working group of incredible polar people and mentors. We are so excited to support the Minorities in Polar Research network and continue building community in this way!
