Operationalizing some Covid-19 directives are not feasible for so many among us: the homeless, street beggars, those who live under bridges across major cities cannot stay at home and abide to lockdown rules. We need more thinking to address their challenges.

Informal/manual workers cannot really work from home. They must show up on location to earn income to buy daily necessities. Their children's e-learning from home faces hardware/software hindrances. Local context considerations for this group is needed for Covid-19 interventions.
