We had a family over last night for dinner and I ate a bunch of extra carbs in the form of a homemade berry and rubarb cobbler. Completely crushed an upper body workout this morning.

Settled into a great breakfast routine lately: Whey protein + milk + creatine + gelatin after my AM workout. Then 3 eggs + banana (or some other fruit) + Chobani (20g protein) with the family breakfast.
