My National ID got lost, I applied for it's replacement and NIRA keeps tossing me with fake responses of "keep checking on us every month, our system has issues " for six months now....!! While on that, Airtel Uganda warns me to verify my line, I go to the Shoprite-based Airtel.

I go to the Shoprite-based Airtel shop to do so using my Passport because I don't have a national ID, they say we can't do anything for you without your National ID...!! Two days later, my Airtel line is cut off, it's the line I use for all my business deals. Really..!!

You people Airtel, what do you want us to do...!! . Why don't you use your brains...! So, I get a passport using my national iD, but I can't verify my Line using a passport I got using the national ID...! Get serious please

Currently my national iD is under replacement ,for 6months now. I don't know when it will be ready. I go to ShopRite to reactivate my cut off Airtel line using a passport and you say you can't do anything for me, I should wait for national iD and return to you..! Really...!!

So Incase NIRA gives me that ID next year you mean i should continue losing business from now till next year...! Yet you have been seeing my line very active across all the sorts of your services!! Airtel Uganda , you should get serious. Provide alternative ways of verifying lines.
