One concern I had this season is that we added a lot of players and we are usually slow to integrate new elements. We could have a 23/24-ish start. Unfortunately, this was exacerbated by a really tough start to the season and a bunch of injuries to key players.

I'm really happy that Eze was trusted to cover Odegaard's role. That was a major reason I liked the signing, given how much we struggled last year without Ode. It's a shame we didn't trigger Eze's clause earlier in pre-season bcs he could've been fully ready for Anfield + today.
