Looking forward to our second lodge meeting since restrictions lifted (slightly). We had a covid secure business meeting in Sept. The meeting tomorrow (30th Oct) will be our installation meeting where we are proclaiming our current WM as master for another year.

Joys and sorrows. After an enjoyable installation meeting on Friday night, it was back to reality this morning as I helped our IPM/Lodge Caretaker to clear up after a leak.

I wonder how many of these I will still have this time next year.

Blackmore Vale Masonic Lodge will be holding a golf tournament on Saturday 9th July 2022 in aid of the #Dorset Festival 25 which is raising funds for the Masonic Charitable Foundation. Details of the competition and how to enter will be sent to all Lodge Secretaries.

Blackmore Vale Lodge Ladies' Festival was held at the Crown Hotel Blandford last night. We had a wonderful evening with music, dancing and lovely food - and we raised over £1,000 for Yewstock School, Sturminster Newton.

Blackmore Vale Masonic Lodge raised £500 which was donated to the Stroke Unit at #Yeovil District Hospital. This enabled new equipment called a 'Sara Stedy' which is used in the transfer and rehabilitation of stroke patients bit.ly/3zpOy9h Blackmore Vale Mag dorset-freemasonry.org
