Wait, I’m confused. How was Morph able to turn into Quicksilver & have access to his power? I thought he could only access physical mutations. Super speed isn’t a physical mutation. So he should basically have access to everyone’s power if that’s the case. #XMen97 Beau DeMayo

In the 80s the average rent was $200, today it’s $2000, so let’s say in the next 30 yrs it 10x again, that means the average 1 bedroom is going to be $20,000 A MONTH and yet nobody is addressing the cost of living & curbing inflation. Our government is a complete failure

Part of the reason we have a housing crisis both in America & abroad is people are greedy & selfish. If we build more houses & apartments that would cause the value of other houses to go down because there is more supply. People don’t want that so no new buildings go up.
