The CJ has been covering recent severe weather & its impacts for about a week now. With a widespread event like this, it can be easy to get lost in the big picture. Photojournalist Matt Stone and I took a hard look at the harsh impacts felt by a few residents in SW Louisville.

UofL board members found former President Kim Schatzel's performance to be satisfactory in an evaluation last summer. But as the CJ continues looking into what caused the separation, the review points to some of the board's critiques of her leadership.
