I’m the happiest when I’m just being, not doing. Aimless walks where the journey is the destination. Every frame in time is its own moment. Every little snapshot is enjoyed, then forgotten. I love daydreaming and being utterly disconnected from the world for 10-15k steps everyday

The pursuit of options.

I've been coming to this coffee shop when I am in Louisville for a long time, and it never gets old.

Quality over quantity. Always. Many downsides to cranking out content every day. Yes, it's nice to have a routine and for the audience to know when to expect something. However, over time, people tune it out. Instead, focus on quality and having something to say to stand out.

I was recently hired to do an English writing refresher course for a private company's team of marketers and young PR hires--gearing up for our first session this Friday.
