Wrapping up my 2 days at #Gitex2018 with #ixtel and Creative Virtual : when a country has minister for AI, AI is to be expected everywhere. And it was all over the place. Still, the hybrid approach was well received in Dubai.

#chatbotsummit main stage: "join smart people with smart tools and build a bot in 3 minutes". That was just demystified in another keynote. One need content and smarts- that is not quick. Without you just get a bad bot.

Insight from #chatbotsummit. Looking at the user complaints. Obviously, Dialogue Management, personalisation, integrations and good analytics are must haves, not add ons.
