U23 / Elite Nationals begins today. First up Luke and Ruben in the U23 TT. A couple hours later JJ in the Elite TT.

Big day of racing today. Elite riders have early start at 7am. U23 at 11:30. 100 miles of racing for each.

Fast elite race and Josh Johnson comes across in 5th place! Now giving insights into the U23 guys.

U23 race lighting up so is the sky. Seth off front with 7 other @ 1:15. One lap to go (20 miles)

And finally the race is put on hold with 1 lap to go. Restart when lightning passes.

Talking to Seth about racing strategy going into the last lap. Says he feels good about stopping and starting again because he does it all the time with Thomas Revard in training.

Looking like a 4:30pm start. Seth and his 7 breakaway companions will have a 1:05 head start. Ruben and Nolan in the field right behind. Going to be a exciting 20 miles for a national championship. #RoadNats

What a battle on the last lap. Seth fought hard and finished in 4th! Great ride to make the move and come back after the 2hr delay and hold the field off. Nolan in top 15 with Ruben close behind.

U23 men on course for USA Cycling criterium nationals. 75 minute race.

Top ten for Seth in a fast hard race. Next up elite men. Hogan Sills has been 2nd last two years. Hopefully 3rd times a charm.
