Day 1 Nicaea 1700 ecumenical West Midlands pilgrimage. After prayers at the Shrine of St Chad, Lichfield Cathedral, regional church leaders and others strode forth. 3 days of walking, praying, building friendships as we mark the first Ecumenical Council of Nicaea in 325 AD.
Fabulous to share in a special service Lichfield Cathedral in the thirtieth year since the first women were ordained priest in Lichfield Diocese . Dean, +Jan McFarlane, presided, and +Sarah Bullock preached - both among the first women ordained priest in 1994.
