Dear “Adults” whatever that word means, if you want to earn respect from those who are younger than you? Simply have the ability to admit to them, that you were wrong. We actually really respect people who do that. Power trips to “rightness”, don’t work. We see through them.

Students usually have a better attitude about the class when they think their teacher likes them. When students feel valued and respected, things run much smoother. And creating a positive class climate is actually not that complicated.
