In our recent study -shorturl.at/EFHBA - we revealed how pulsed electric fields (PEF) affect #proteins via ROS. Using #chemiluminescence sensing, we showed #prooxidants enhance and #antioxidants reduce PEF-induced signals, offering new insight into protein oxidation.

In our recent study, we applied 30 unipolar #PEF pulses (1470 V, 100 μs, 1 Hz), generating an electric field strength of 0.735 MV/m. We recorded electric and current transients, as well as #impedance spectra, to evaluate sample #conductivity and verify the chamber assembly. 🔍👇
