The pharma-provided protein-ligand datasets from the Drug Design Data Resource (D3R) are archived in BindingDB at bindingdb.org/rwd/bind/ByD3R… There are 2554 compounds (238 of them "inactive") with data for multiple protein targets.

Announcing our Q2 BindingDB release to the UC San Diego Library digital archive: library.ucsd.edu/dc/object/bb73… This is a long-term archive of all the data currently in BindingDB, about 2.6 million experimental measurements.
