Bill Trotter Leaving Jackman at 4pm south on 201 to Skowhegan (65 miles) took about 5 hours. Traffic was at a stand still at many times between Caratunk and Moscow
Adam Smith Bill Trotter Wow! I have run that exact route during the Sugarloaf Mountain #Marathon faster.
Bill Trotter Greenville to Bar Harbor took about 4 hours, which honestly wasn't terrible. I was pleasantly surprised at how orderly/pleasant everyone was even with the hold-ups.
Bill Trotter Left Greenville around 5 pm and didn't get to Phippsburg until after 10 pm., almost 10:30. It was horrible, some places you could only go 10 miles an hr. for miles.
Bill Trotter It took us 2 hours to go from halfway up Mountainside Road at Sugarloaf to the West Mountain road. That's about 3/4 of a mile.
Bill Trotter This was at 7 pm on Lily Bay Road, 2.5 miles past the blinker light in Greenville. The people in the long line of traffic are coming from the direction of Kokadjo. I donβt know where they all were. Pavement ends in 16 miles from here and the dirt roads were closed.
Bill Trotter bad, took 3 hours to get from Flagstaff Lake to Farmington, bumper to bumper almost the whole way
Curtis Maurand Bill Trotter Oh boy. Worse than us- it took 1.75 hours to get 5 miles from our viewing spot to rental house- one side of Rangeley to the otherπ΅βπ«ππ΅βπ«
Bill Trotter Literally made it home in the exact normal amount of time. We were very lucky with the route we picked, I guess.
Bill Trotter Drove back to Portland from Rangeley. Hit a detour on rt 4 near Farmington that added 20 mins. Otherwise just a little slow getting out of Rangeley. No traffic of any significance on 95
Bill Trotter We came from Mayfield Twp; worst traffic was at a stop sign in Athens around 4:30 (15 min line). We got home to Hollis in average time. We knew we were ahead of the mass exodus further north/west and the iPhone map right now shows that. We were prepared to take back roads home.
Bill Trotter From Bingham toward Skowhegan was heavy. We sat for close to a half hour but not bad on the interstate. We got off in Augusta. This was around 5 this evening.
Bill Trotter It sounds like leaving Jackman was the worst! We got lucky and Waze routed us around the traffic leaving Millinocket, avoided the highway to get back to Oakland and never got stuck in traffic!
