Sometimes it's the little things. I've used Keyboard Maestro for years to assign hotkeys to custom actions. I also use it for text expansion. In this case, I type ;dh in the Journal Title in Day One, and it inserts "{Day of Week} {Morning/Afternoon/Evening}, {DD/MM/YYYY}" 😍
