WTF !! my friend was just run off the road while cycling & hit by a road rage driver on Bay Street in Victoria, almost crushed into a guard rail. The driver didn't like that he had to share the road with a cyclists, this is insane. He landed on the cars hood ! Lots of witnesses

Last week we were able to resolve, for $2.25M, a case that was denied on Day 1 based on "eyewitness" testimony that our cyclist "turned into" a passing Jeep. All it took was 2 yrs of tough litigation, a TRO preserving evidence, multiple forensic & medical experts...

Cyclists in #Ottawa get paint and flimsy flex stakes that do almost nothing to keep us safe but City Hall gets $660k worth of bollards. In 2023, there were 23 road collisions involving pedestrians and cyclists by drivers in Ottawa, 11 were fatal.

It’s ridiculous that with kids back in school, universities back, and 3 day a week RTO for public servants starting next week that OC Transpo runs buses on Bank St at 20 minute intervals during the day with buses are jam packed. Transit users deserve better. #Ottawa

Journalist and drivers upset because they're getting ticketed for driving where they shouldn't. "There's even cameras in the trees", one man says. "You can't drive around D.C. and mostly follow the rules and still you get a ticket" #DistrictOfCarlumbia

The Rideau bridge at Billings was closed both ways this afternoon due to power lines down at Riverside but didn’t see any media as to why. Didn’t seem planned because Ottawa Fire Services was also on scene

As you'd probably guess, "Driver ran over a kid on his bike" is translated "Teen collides with truck" by the press. nbcsandiego.com/news/local/tee…

How to drive ppl away from transit: a thread. This is the 27; it runs from water ridge village (loads of new apts, affordable housing units, parks and towns houses) and ends at St Laurent mall; picks up major employment (near NRC, passes CMHC, monfort, etc) 1/
