There's a lot of metroidvanias out there now, but one I've been quite fond of is Rusted Moss (OUT NOW !!). It's got guns, rocket jumps, a grapple, and a lot of movement tech with all three. One thing to be aware of is that due to this, it more or less requires KB&M. Give it a look.
