The Summer is Back! Simple cook, with pork chops absolutely blasted with Jacks Meat Shack Meat Dust. Then a grilled sweetheart cabbage, drenched in rosemary enfused oil + Secret Sauce Shop sriracha honey drizzle. Throw in a few chargrilled cobs of sweetcorn and it's a winner.
Thick pork loin steaks dusted with The Smokey Carter™ Al Pastor rub. Gave the Weber smokey joe jnr a run out, after being sidelined for a while. It's had a few mods to help with airflow and performed brilliantly. Trusty @inkbird_uk instant read thermometer on hand to keep temps.
