College athletes elite tools will get you drafted at any school . But having good stats with average tools at a p5 will also get you drafted . But either way you have to play!

Atlantic league is almost the equivalent of going straight to AA or AAA just Fyi . Its levels to MLB partner leagues as well. goodluck guys

It’s a lot of players from schools in Arizona getting drafted . Players it’s whole lot easier to get seen when Scouts are in the area!!! Also no worry of a rain out play and be seen!

Ball flight without biomechanics is incomplete. I take some stock in metrics but it’s not the end all be all.

The game has changed guys hit home runs and show emotion and pitchers strike batters out and show emotion. The game is a competitive as ever now so as a former player that coaches now bring that competitiveness to the yard everyday . This game is hard to be successful everyday!

The biggest adjustment coaching the college game is understanding that certain situations in game have to be taught and learned because some players just don’t know .

I’m so competitive in baseball even as a coach I have to remind myself that everyone hasn’t had the same baseball experiences . So it’s possible they just don’t know . That’s why it’s called amateur sports 😂😂😂😂😂
