Sorry for my absence but 10 weeks ago I had a heart attack, an artery was 99% blocked and needed a stent in. Recovery has been tough but I’m getting there slowly. Lost 10kgs so that’s a positive and doing a cardiac rehab program around exercise and heart health!!

I’m proud of myself for a change!
