Relaxing end to the weekend 👀 Tried his best to fuck it up but history made ✊ Shot on 15, incredible. Up there with Mize and Tiger as the best ever. Well done Rors. Rightly claiming his spot as a legend of the game.

Great scrap, but dodgy scoring again. Brave to stand there and get repeatedly punched in your face, both fighters deserve better judging and a clean sport. #bennvseubank

Very sad news of Eamonn's passing. A great man, a great legacy. We would bump in to each other every day, always stopped for a word. We had this thing of greeting each other "Happy New Year" whether it was January or June. Every time we met, for nearly two decades. Rest in peace.

Met Sir Ken (mostly through the BBC’s Broadcasting Council) many times. You were never in doubt that he was in the room. Huge intellectual (and physical) presence, booming voice, always the smartest and wisest amongst us all. May he rest in peace.

*Update* I’m told the emergency relief valves seem to have worked well otherwise there would have been a big bang. We could all do with some of them recently.
