Over the last 3 months we have been working to increase our discharge coordinators to support our wards to improve early discharges and reduce delays related to discharge, I am happy to announce we now have a full team and look forward to developing this role BHRUT NHS 🏥

Recovery plans are in progress within the red2green team over the coming weeks we will be developing and launching our new programme to help reduce delays and improve our 4 key metrics - pre 12 and pre 5 discharges, reducing our 7 and 21 day length of stay BHRUT NHS 🏥
