Last week’s Junior Boys Academy was a blast! 🚀 Hosted across the Western Bulldogs, St Kilda FC and Essendon FC, this year’s participants were immersed in high-performance training and education, as well as leadership development aimed at strengthening their Islamic identity.

Our junior boys got stuck into a running session led by Peter Bol OLY for day two at the home of St Kilda FC ⚡️ Participants also gained insights into physical peak performance through a strength and conditioning session delivered by Peter and high-performance lead Michael Chiovitti.
