These 10-week-old kittens have grown up with love and care. It breaks my heart to imagine them out there alone. They deserve homes that'll keep them safe, cuddle them close, and treat them gently. Hoping to find families who'll love them the way they've been loved so far. Repost.

The assumption that not forgiving means you’re angry or bitter is bullshit. People push forgiveness because they’re threatened that a survivor can empower themselves to heal on their own terms & not make it about the perpetrator and all the enablers telling them to forgive them.

A traumatized person often shares their story because they’re scared. They’re living with tension, confusion, & pain that they don’t know what to do with. Validating them allows them to believe they are safe. Shaming them increases their pain & gives them more to heal from.
