Talked to a Doctor that is affiliated with a MLB team this week. He said 120 days off for youth baseball players is the way to go. He also said there is so many throws in a pitchers arm before it goes, save it and use it wisely.

Tournament Directors please stop scheduling 3 games on the final day of the tournament! Just have Top 4 teams make the bracket and call it a day. Playing 3 games in one day for baseball is absurd.
