For our Service Project, 9th Grade AVID organized a GRACE Drive. They bought items, emailed teachers, persuaded classmates, made posters, and boxed the donations. In total, we accumulated 900+ items! These kids are rock stars! Colleyville Heritage CHHS AVID

Awesome Fun Friday in AVID! We played “The Best,” where I announce a category (The Best, The Fastest, The Longest, etc.) Each team sends up a teammate to compete, then I say the criteria of the competition. For instance, “The Fastest...to Chug a Bottle of Water” CHHS AVID

1) Write letters to friends sharing opinions on “Romeo & Juliet,” and ending their letters with a Costa’s L2 or L3 question. 2) Trade letters and answer question, then write a new L2 or L3 question. 3) Trade back and respond. Awesome stuff! Colleyville Heritage GCISD AVID #WICOR
