Seething. Treated myself to a GoyardOfficial bag. It ruined my clothes. contacted the office. Incredibly unhelpful. Admitted the straps were defective finally. Replaced them. Got bag back. Happened again! No one apologized. No one’s respnding. No one’s offered to make it right😤luxury??

Help! canceled contract with Optimum last month and they’re still charging us. We can’t get anyone to give us a cancellation number. Retention agent yelled at me. Billing yelled at my husband. Customer service is abhorrent - losing our minds . Optimum Help

I have left multiple messages through customer service for the escalation supervisor to follow up. So far all I have received are closed cases and no communications whatsoever. Why won’t somebody call me back to discuss Covid challenges with my account Chase ?
