@JCD40 We placed an order with them on the 5th January, never heard anything from them. Even though we had email confirmation they said they’d never received the order. No wonder they had cash flow problems.

Good thing I finally jumped ship with my of my #betterbathrooms order last week, the customer service was atrocious this year!
