We already have what we need. The wisdom, the strength, the confidence, the awakened heart and mind are always accessible, here, now, always. We only have to put in the work to uncover them.

Find happiness in yourself. Stick with your friends and good family. Don’t be closed off to love, but be closed off to complicated, life-sucking “love”.

I’ve learned just about everything in life is what you make of it. I want to actively participate in every aspect of life, especially human connection and family, because living awake is the only way to a full life.

In the end, I want to be able to say I was worthy of my sufferings; that I did something to make it all count.
