Pretty difficult to adequately emphasise how many more premature deaths there will be if care coordination is effectively abolished. Think deaths by suicide, homicide and from untreated physical health problems. Do folk not get how impossible organisation is when mad/ill/etc.

The DClin is truly relentless. You hit burnout from one part of the course, and have 0 time to recover because you're already onto the next important part

I will never understand how a c section is not treated in the same manner as any other major abdominal surgery. The expectation that women should be able to care for a newborn, get up and deal with it, with a bit of paracetamol onboard.
