Are you building a solution using decentralized digital identity? What is your reason for not using traditional identity management solutions?

Karim Stekelenburg (@ssi_karim) 's Twitter Profile Photo

We launched an initiative to make Aries Framework JavaScript compliant with the European decentralized identity ecosystem! Feel free to contact me via [email protected] if you’d like to learn more!

Ehehehe. Compile-time uninit -> init tracking in Rust with no metadata, overhead, or runtime costs using lifetimes. I really like this, I plan to build a lot around this! Simple example: rust.godbolt.org/z/x8Kr9odWo . Complex example with threads: play.rust-lang.org/?version=stabl…

My next large project is going to be a programming language. My chat originally suggested S-lang but that is too overloaded. I need name recommendations. It's gonna be a massive project but I'm excited. I want to build it before I make my next OS so I can write the OS in it!

.Berend Sliedrecht has been working on an integration with iOS / Android secure element for hardware backed key signing. We're integrating it into Aries Askar, allowing you to use hardware backed keys in Credo wallets using a boolean (harware_backed=true) :) github.com/animo/secure-e…

For cannoli I wrote a pretty fast IPC mechanism to deliver QEMU traces of instruction and memory operations. There was a hacker news thread that was talking about IPC so I ran some benchmarks. I’m sure there’s room for improvement, but here’s a cool graph of the core to core lat!

When we started working on Credo, I never thought we'd have to implement support for X.509 certificates, because that is "Legacy" and not how we do SSI 😁 Well... things change and thanks to Berend Sliedrecht we'll soon have support for it in Credo
