New crop seed of the "Super Bents" is available. My advice is to purchase seed this fall, anticipate what you will need in 2026. As there is an incredible demand for the "Super Bents" take delivery by the end of the year so you will have the best for 2026.

The Elk River Club was destroyed last year when Hurricane Helene went through the mountain communities of North Carolina. This spring/summer the Elk River Club was totally rebuilt. The new greens were seeded to 007XL bent and the fairways and tees to Dominant Extreme 7.

The Bayonne Golf Club is a must bucket list destination like no other. If you are in NYC take the Club owned ferry to the golf course. The course is second to none for a "man made links design." The castle clubhouse is impressive -- the golf pub is the best you may ever enjoy.
