Nothing makes you fee quite as special these days as getting something physical in the mail. The thing that REALLY warms my heart is when they address something to me "OR Current Resident". That level of feeling known is rare in the world these days.

People being able to delete their message in Slack causes me to feel like an insane person at least 3 times a week. I don't want them to take it away because I want to do it, but it ruins me.

Product design, in my experience, is not about the central thing, but all the processes and flows around the thing. On repeat. Improving. Forever.
