Yesterday was "Day 1" of the CM onboarding. I gained clarity from our speakers Ibukun 🐤 #BCP25 & Benjamin that the community is primarily built to add value and that we must keep strategizing ways to continue delivering value to its members, for its longevity and progress.

Gm everyone I happy to be part of the student in which Benjamin is onboarding on becoming a quality community manager. He explained to us that being a community manager is not just by having it on your portfolio, but also able to deliver and foster growth to the community.

week bootcamp led by Benjamin. On day four, Mr. Success Ola-Ojo delivered insights that completely shifted my mindset, leaving me truly blown away. It was an ignition shift in how I viewed community building.

People always say ignore the hype and just keep building but we've failed to realize that hype is what brings about new trends in this space, If you ignore the hype you will miss out on new narratives and might be left out. Follow the hype but don't loose your voice while at it
