People starting out sometimes get spiradenoma and cylindroma confused (which doesn't matter and they sometimes overlap!). Remember SPiradenoma has Salt and Pepper lymphocytes, cylindroma looks like the cylindrical neck of a giraffe. #dermpath #dermatology #pathology
