Hi Cardiff Council, I have noticed these in Llandaff fields and was wondering: 1-What chemicals have been used ? 2-Why were they used ? (No sign of such products in Pontcana fields or Bute Park) 3-Aren’t there any concerns about using them so close to a children playing area ?
