This is controversial to the media, but it isn’t to Americans. We want to see our representatives compete and win, not be appointed by nameless partyheads. Ironic from the party of “democracy”.

Although all fascists are nationalists, I think including that as part of the definition adds to the confusion.

A less confusing definition is leader centralized power where the leader is a tyrant and acts out the worst form of tyranny on a minority: slavery of the mind, of the body, and murder.
