Spaun's Oakmont win, rebounding from The Players loss reminds me a little of Dufner blowing his late 2011 PGA lead before losing in a playoff. Both players said they'd use those defeats to help future big chances, and they actually did. Dufner won the 2013 PGA. Good for both.

Will always remember Brent Musberger shuffling papers on the folding chairs and tables at the old Lamade Stadium media break room at the Little League World Series, an event he always said he enjoyed. And he acted like everyone’s friend, even if he only saw them once a year.

Seeing the rain at Bristol holding up the Reds and Braves and it reminds me that the Little League MLB Classic here in Williamsport has never been rained out, thankfully. And it better not in 3 weeks, either, because I have tickets for the Mets and Mariners visit.
