Interesting work by Stefano D'Alessandro et al. (2024) on how #PlantTOR inhibition reduces the phosphorylation in the N-terminal region of RSH3, increasing its #chloroplast localization to allow more #ppGpp synthesis followed by inhibition of #photosynthesis in #Arabidopsis plants.
