In hard moments, self-compassion, according to Dr. Kristin Neff, reminds us that our suffering is real and we're not alone in experiencing it. We are held by a loving God who wants us to give ourselves the love God has for each of us.

Let love, blessings, and kindness be our reputation. As Jesus said to his disciples in John 13:35, we will be known as followers of Jesus not by doing everything "right" but by how great our love is.

Faith is an expansion of our hearts and our lives, making room for more love, more hope, more joy, more peace than we thought possible on our own.

Even on the hardest days, we are still loved. Even when we can't see ourselves the way God sees us, we are still wonderfully made in the image of the Divine.

When Jesus ministered to the sick, the hungry, and the suffering, he didn't stop to check if they were worthy or deserving of his care. He just saw people to heal, to feed, to love.

God's grace never gives up, no matter how many times we mess up. If God's grace is working on you, you don't have to worry about anyone else. God's working on them, too.

Our faith in Jesus is not a weapon to judge people. It's a beacon of love guiding our actions and our lives as we affirm that each person is made in the Image of the Divine, and our beautiful diversity reflects the incredible creativity of God.
