Yesterday, the Bellingham Police Department received their custom activity/coloring books entitled “Police Officers Are Our Friends”. This book is part of a community outreach project created by The Law, Your Money and YOU! which is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization.

The Bellingham Police Department will be back collecting new, unwrapped toys during our Stuff-A-Cruiser events at Walmart 250 Hartford Avenue on Saturday, December 10th and Sunday, December 11th between 10 AM - 4 PM.

School Resource Officer Nicholas Dulchinos and Lieutenant James Russell accepted a check from State Representative Mike Soter today. The money will go towards the BPD’s Stuff-A-Cruiser program which was started to help local families in need during the holidays.

A friendly reminder that we will be collecting new, unwrapped toys during our Stuff-A-Cruiser events at Walmart 250 Hartford Avenue today and tomorrow. Saturday, December 10th between 10 AM - 4 PM Sunday, December 11th between 10 AM - 4 PM A drop-off box is also BPD.

We would like to give a special thank you to Lois Olivo of the Jacqueline Olivo Foundation, Inc. She stopped by to go shopping with SRO Sandell this past weekend. The non-profit organization is devoted to helping the homeless in our local communities.

Congratulations to James Kilduff IV! James graduated on Friday from the Boylston Regional Police Academy’s 31st Recruit Officer Class. He started his department orientation and field training on Saturday. Chief Gerard L. Daigle & Lieutenant James M. Russell attended the ceremony.
