Today, March 15, 2025 marks 3000 days on a carnivore diet! Typically around 3lbs of red meat daily, will occasionally add some eggs, sea food and dairy! Very rarely do I deviate from this! I of course exercise regularly and generally take care of my health! I’m 58 years old, 6’5”
Hi everyone. Doing beef challenge with Hubby since Monday and we are both very thirsty. Much more than while eating normal carnivore, means beef, lamb, chicken, eggs and small amounts diary. Salt and butter as usual. We also are more hungry and have 3 meals instead of 2.
