$VGLS just submitted a Form 10-12A to get their name changed to "SB Technology Holdings, Inc." I believe once this passes FINRA, they'll also do their 1:20,000 RS. Obviously RS sucks, but this hasn't had liquidity for years, yet remained current. RS to RM perhaps? 🤔
