It is an immense privilege for me to do this. I count this as one of my blessings ✨💫 Today we had a fun filled day at the #BreakFreeFromViolence #GameChangers event to raise awareness about #mentalhealth and support against gender based violence and femicide.

Mental health is about how we think, feel, and act. It affects our daily lives, relationships & choices. It is about understanding & caring for your mind. It’s recognizing emotions, managing stress & seeking help when needed. It’s a journey of self-awareness, resilience & growth.

Platforms like these created by the One Economy Foundation & 3rd First Lady, Namibia encourage open conversations, provide support, & promote mental health resources, through such supportive initiatives we can help reduce the risk. Remember, it’s okay to ask for help.
